You can schedule a meet-and-greet by filling out the contact form on this page, emailing me directly at lisa@lisawalksdogs.com, or calling (617) 501-5215. Meet-and-greets typically last about 30 minutes and give us a chance to discuss your pet’s needs and for your pet to get comfortable with me.
I accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. For regular clients, I offer the convenience of auto-billing.
For regular dog walking services, I recommend booking at least a week in advance. For pet sitting services, especially during holidays and peak vacation times, I recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
I understand that plans change. For dog walking services, I request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For pet sitting, I require 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Yes, I offer services on most holidays with a holiday rate premium. Please book well in advance for holiday services as these dates fill up quickly.
